Long Lifecycle of Refrigeration Units

In designing and manufacturing Aste Finland® refrigeration units, we follow a responsible lifecycle approach, ensuring long-lasting use. Along with durability and easy repairability, we offer comprehensive maintenance and support services that enable cost-effective updates and refurbishments to meet new needs.

Responsible lifecycle management (ESG) also includes decommissioning equipment in a way that allows raw materials to be reused. Over 99 percent of the materials in our refrigeration units can be recycled. Each year, we facilitate the reuse of approximately 350 tons of recycled equipment.

ESG requirements (Environmental, Social, and Governance) emphasize environmental responsibility, social responsibility, and good governance. We prioritize locally sourced materials and services wherever possible and focus on resource-efficient, high-quality components. We promote resource efficiency throughout our entire supply chain, extending to the end user. We also guide end users in equipment maintenance, ensuring long-term, reliable operation.
